The scullery team has a broader scope of responsibilities within the kitchen environment including, but not limited to food preparation, cleaning kitchen equipment and surfaces and maintaining cleanliness of the entire kitchen area.
Legacy’s production assistants are capable staff members who provide comprehensive support for any event. Their expertise spans from initial setup to final teardown, encompassing a wide range of events from private events to festivals and movie premieres. These versatile professionals are equipped to handle diverse tasks and challenges.
A Legacy captain is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing event operations and ensuring smooth execution. They manage the event team, coordinate with vendors, monitor timelines, and handle any issues that arise during the event. Captains are also tasked with maintaining guest satisfaction, safety, and security throughout your event. To properly handle these responsibilities, captains go through an extensive in-house training program.
For events with 5 or more team members, we require a captain to ensure smooth coordination and management. This additional role allows you to focus on enjoying your event without worrying about staff logistics.

Yes, absolutely! While Legacy: Events & Staff primarily serves Southern California, including cities like Los Angeles, San Diego, and Orange County, we’re happy to work with clients in other locations too. We’ve even helped bring events to life in places like London and New York. No matter where your event is, our team is ready to make it a success with the same level of care and professionalism.
Yes, we have a 5-hour minimum for every Team Member booked.
No, but a 20% fully refundable deposit allows Legacy to start booking your team and lock in the date.
There is a minor surcharge for booking staff within 48 hours of the event and within 1 weeks for event production.
